Important information for pallet deliveries
The delivery area must be:
- Level, even and solid, such as concrete or tarmac.
- Accessible by the delivery vehicle.
- Large enough for the vehicle to safely manoeuvre.
- Free from kerbs, steps or other obstacles that would prevent the pallet truck from operating safely.
Pallet trucks are operated manually and cannot lift pallets over kerbs, steps, walls or other obstacles.
Pallet deliveries cannot be made onto slopes, hills or inclines.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that suitable access and safe delivery conditions are available. We will always do our best to meet your delivery requirements, but if the delivery location is unsuitable or unsafe, the driver may be unable to complete the delivery.
