Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where an order has not yet been loaded, dispatched or delivered, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation.
Once an order has been loaded or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Incorrect or faulty products
If we have supplied the wrong product, or you believe a product is faulty or does not meet the agreed requirements, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement, collection, refund or another appropriate remedy.
Please do not use or mix material if you believe the wrong or faulty product has been supplied, as this may make it more difficult for us to investigate the issue.
Incorrect quantities or orders
Customers are responsible for checking the type and quantity of material required before placing an order.
Where the correct product and quantity have been supplied as ordered, we are generally unable to offer a refund for surplus material or material ordered incorrectly by the customer.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Natural quarry products
Our products are natural quarry materials and can naturally vary in colour, shade, texture, shape and appearance.
These natural variations are not normally considered defects where the material supplied meets the product description or specification.
Deliveries
Please check your delivery as soon as reasonably possible.
If you believe you have received the wrong material or there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us promptly and, where possible, provide photographs of the material and delivery.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be made using the original method of payment.
All refunds and returns are subject to applicable UK consumer law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
